Directions
Most vineyards and wineries can be reached by starting in the cities of Newberg or Beaverton. Below are directions to each of those starting points coming from the north or south. From the North (Portland) to Newberg:
Option 1
Drive south from Portland on I-5. Take the Tigard/99W exit (#294) and go southwest on 99W through Tigard, Sherwood, and into Newberg.
At the western end of Newberg, turn right on Highway 240 (Main Street) where a green highway sign points to Chehalem Valley and Yamhill.
Option 2
Drive south from Portland on I-5.
Take Tualatin/Sherwood exit (#294)
Turn right onto SW Nyberg Road
Stay straight on SW Tualatin-Sherwood Rd
Turn left onto SW Pacific Highway W/OR-99W S.
In Newberg, turn right onto Highway 219 N or 240.
From the North (Portland) to Beaverton:
Take I-5 south to exit 292.
From exit 292, turn right onto Highway 217.
Take the Scholls Ferry/Progress exit to Scholls Ferry Road (Highway 210) and turn left.
Follow Scholls Ferry Road to Hwy 219
From the South (Salem) to Newberg:
Take I-5 N towards Portland
Take exit 283 at Wilsonville.
Head west on Wilsonville Road
Turn right on 219 into Newberg
From the South (Salem) to Beaverton:
Take I-5 North to Portland
Take exit 292A to merge onto OR-217 N toward Tigard/Beaverton
Take the Scholls Ferry/Progress exit to Scholls Ferry Road (Highway 210) and turn left.
Follow Scholls Ferry Road to Hwy 219
